Weekend

I want to take a moment here to brag about my son.  It is amazing to see how much he learns each and every day. Tonight, I heard him splashing in the kitchen (never a good sign), so I went to see what he had gotten into.  He was mopping up the water he had spilled from the dog bowl with a dishrag.  He then ran over to the kitchen towel drawer to get a couple more towels when he heard me coming - he had to show me where he got them!  So smart.

Calvin knows where his belly is - he will even lift his (or your!) shirt up to show you.  Of course, when he is wearing a onesie, it gets a little more difficult!  He usually raises his hands and gives you the "I don't know!" look. 

Calvi has learned compassion. If he hears a dog barking or a baby crying, he looks at you with a worried gaze until you reassure him.

And last but not least, Calvin has learned how to pick apples for the cows with Daddy!
