Most almost three year olds have a constant stream of "why" going on as they try to figure out the world and push the boundaries parents have given them. Calvin is no different, except that he has not quite transitioned to the "why" yet. Instead of "why" he asks "why not?".
There is a lesson in there. A big part of my job has been determining the most efficient, appropriate way for processes to work.
Can't we all learn from a two year old and instead of asking ourselves "why" we need to do something, let's open our minds and hearts and ask "why not?"
