Saturday morning we woke up early and headed to Prairie Fruits Farm to see the baby goats. They have an open house there every spring, and a breakfast, so we have headed out to see them for the last few years. It's just north of Urbana.
Then... we stayed outside and washed the car. Copper got to stay outside with us in the front yard, and Calvin did quite a bit of the work as well!
We went to the farm after that to see what Daddy had been up to, helping his dad out. We visited for a while with them, and headed home to relax. After a dinner of steak and potatoes, a long walk, and a chat with the neighbors, we crashed HARD!
I hope every spring/summer weekend to come is this fun!
